Alastair Banfield has over 25 years experience in the corporate and investment banking industries both in Australia and internationally. Over the past 15 years he has specialised in the area of mining finance, covering a wide range of metals and minerals projects in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas. Prior to returning to Perth in 1999, he was Director of Resources Finance at international investment bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson in Sydney.

Dudley Kingsnorth has over 30 years experience as a metallurgist and project manager in Australia and overseas. His interests range from gold and base metals to lithium and rare earths. He was Project Manager of the 'bankable' feasibility study of the Mt Weld Rare Earths Project in Western Australia spanning ten years and managed the development of a research & training organisation that serviced the advanced material and mineral processing sectors of the resources industry. He was Industrial Minerals Marketing Manager for Gwalia Consolidated for their lithium He managed the preparation of the Boddington Gold Mine engineering feasibility study.

Jim Williams is a qualified mining engineer with over 40 years experience in the industry covering both open cut and underground mining operations in a host of locations worldwide. He has operated in directorial roles as well as technical and operational management. He has a long history in the consultancy field including the management of his own business for 15 years. His experience embraces projects as large as Ok Tedi through to minor alluvial shows. Most recently he held the position of Principal Resource Consultant with international investment bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson.

Malcolm Castle has 35 years experience in exploration geology and property evaluation, working for major companies for 20 years as an exploration geologist. He established a consulting company 15 years ago and specialises in technical audit, due diligence and property valuation at all stages of development. He has wide experience in a number of commodities including gold, base metals and mineral sands. He has been responsible for project discovery through to feasibility study in Indonesia and technical audits in many countries

 

 

G Rodney Dale is a qualified geologist with over 40 years experience including: Iron ore exploration in north-west Queensland; tin exploration and underground mining geology in Tasmania; industrial minerals, base metal and gold exploration, open-cut and underground mining in Western Australia and Indonesia; gold exploration in southern Africa. Rod has been a consultant since 1970 and a senior executive and director of three publicly listed Australian exploration and mining companies.

Jim Williams, Dudley Kingsnorth, Rod Dale and Malcolm Castle are Corporate Members of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and qualify as 'Competent Persons' for the purposes of signing off audits, reviews, 'bankable' documents and reports to the Australian Stock exchange.
